As the new year begins, it’s time to reset your energy, release the old, and consciously rise into the new.
Kundalini Yoga helps you clear stagnant patterns and step into the year with clarity, strength, and awareness.
✨ New Year Kundalini Self-Practice (10 minutes):
1️⃣ Mantra for Intention.
Sit quietly and chant “Om Namah Shivaya” 5 times.
Set an intention for the year ahead peace, healing, growth, or transformation.
2️⃣ Spinal Flex for Renewal.
Inhale as you arch the spine forward, exhale as you round it back.
Continue for 2 minutes to awaken fresh energy along the spine and release the past.
3️⃣ Breath of Fire.
Practice for 1 minute to ignite inner fire, cleanse old emotions, and energize your system.
(Avoid during pregnancy or menstruation.)
4️⃣ Silent Meditation.
Sit in stillness, hands on your heart.
Breathe deeply and feel gratitude for the past and trust for what’s coming.
