Kundalini Yoga is not just something you do, it’s something you experience.
Each breath, each movement, each mantra awakens the energy within and brings you closer to your true self.
Simple Kundalini Practices You Can Do Today:

1️⃣ Mantra Connection.
Sit quietly and chant “Om Namah Shivaya” for 3–5 minutes. Let the vibration calm your mind and uplift your energy.

2️⃣ Spinal Twist (Seated).
Sit cross-legged, place hands on shoulders, gently twist left and right with the breath. Continue for 1–2 minutes to release tension and energize the spine.

3️⃣ Breath of Fire.
Rapid, rhythmic breathing through the nose for 1 minute to detoxify and energize your body. (Avoid during pregnancy/menstruation.)

4️⃣ Third Eye Meditation.
Close your eyes, focus between your eyebrows, and breathe slowly. Stay here for 3 minutes and observe your inner awareness.

Welcome to the final day of our 7-day Kundalini Yoga journey!

Today, we rise into the Crown Chakra (Sahasrara). The center of pure consciousness, unity, and bliss.

This is where the energy of all the chakras merges into oneness.

Here, you remember who you truly are beyond mind, beyond ego infinite and divine.

✨ Self Practices for Day 7 ✨

1️⃣ Silent Meditation – Sit in stillness and simply observe your breath. Feel the light above your head expanding.

2️⃣ Mantra Chanting – “Om Namah Shivaya” – Let the sound lift your awareness upward to the crown of your head.

3️⃣ Sahasrara Breath – Inhale slowly from the base of the spine to the top of the head; exhale and release all thoughts. Continue for 3–5 minutes.
