Inanna Yoga

Inanna Yoga Vinyasa. Yoga. Berlin. Inanna Fronius, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Hatha, Yin

Was ich meinen SchülerInnen vermitteln möchte:
TRUST THE YOGA! Der Rest kommt von ganz alleine.

I got to spend a few precious days in the French Alps immersing myself in Zen Thai Shiatsu. I came for an intensive training to begin my journey into bodywork and left feeling part of a truly special community.
Being in nature, surrounded by the most playful, kind humans, all learning something new together, felt deeply nourishing on so many levels. 🌱

I explored something that’s been calling me for a while - a way of offering healing touch that goes beyond what I share in a yoga class. I felt at home in this system right away: a beautiful blend of Shiatsu, Thai massage, yoga, and traditional Chinese medicine, woven into something profoundly therapeutic.

Excited to keep diving deeper and hopefully offer full treatments soon. But first… practice, practice, practice ☺️

Grateful to for being such an incredible teacher and for sharing your knowledge so generously over these days.

A little glimpse into our time in Sinai.
🌞
Every time I come here with a group of women, it becomes something completely its own.
Hard to capture, even harder to put into words, but always leaving me with a deep sense of gratitude.
For the space we create together, and for the quiet magic that unfolds when women from all walks of life meet each other.

It brings me so much joy to see women in their 20s and in their 60s moving, laughing, crying, dancing, and sharing silence.
Held by the rawness of the landscape, the sound of the wind and the sea we are reminded that we belong, that we deserve to take up space that we are not too much but more than enough.

This place feels like a world of its own. Simple, cosy, quiet. For a few precious days, time softens. There’s nowhere to be, phones stay mostly off, and the only decisions are what we’ll eat for dinner or which animal to cuddle next.

I feel so grateful for every woman I got to create this experience with. 💕

Thank you for holding us so beautifully. I already can’t wait to return next year.

Berlin friends, I am teaching a new class!
💙
Starting April 1st, I’ll be teaching every Wednesday at 8pm
at in Kreuzberg.

The class is called “Fluid Strength.”
An all-level Vinyasa flow for FLINTA* folks. ✨

We’ll build strength and at the same time move fluidly with the breath. Exploring that balance of stability & softness, effort & ease.
For me, this is what vinyasa yoga is about: feeling strong and grounded while also staying spacious and fluid in the body and the mind.
As always, I’ll offer variations and modifications so you can really make the practice your own exactly as you are that day.
We’ll close with a Tibetan singing bowl sound bath to soften, land, and integrate.

You can join with your USC, Classpass or Wellhub or with your membership.

Dm me if you have any questions!
I would love to see you there ♡

☀️
Life has felt very uprooted for me since the start of the year, turns out I don’t respond well to a big wave of changes. Who would have thought ;)

Going to Fuerteventura in spring has become a nourishing ritual. It feels like a big exhale after a long Berlin winter to be outside all day by the ocean, walking barefoot, feeling the sand and the rocks. And yes, another main reason to go are the incredibly cute squirrels roaming the island.

So the mix of squirrel feet, raw nature and spending time together has helped a lot to feel a little more grounded, little more at ease settling the constantly moving current of life, which is change. I feel if both goes together, only when we feel rooted in our lives, safe in our nervous systems, a sense of belonging in our hearts that we can surrender and trust into the flow of live, adapt better to the fast paced and constantly changing reality we live in.

I hope you feel safe and grounded, wherever you are. 🙏

A little late to the game - but here we go. This trend took me on quite a journey down memory lane and straight back to one of the most exciting years of my life: 2016 ✨

I wasn’t on Instagram yet. I took photos without the intention of sharing or telling a story. Just a few here and there, mostly for myself and there are even fewer of myself. Looking at them now, they are unpolished, uncurated taken from inside the moment rather than for the outside world.

That year I was traveling the second year in a row full time, living off my savings, living and moving through India, Bali and Australia. Practicing a lot of yoga, teaching occasionally, letting my life unfold, which in hindsight was so spacious and carefree.

The funny thing is: this was exactly the life I imagined for myself as a future yoga teacher, traveling endlessly, living lightly, always somewhere warm.
Reality turned out a little different :) Becoming a full-time yoga teacher asked me to settle, focus, commit. And that was always the plan. Those years of travel were part of setting that dream in motion. At the end of 2016 returned to Germany to pursue it and I’m still here, still teaching, still loving it. (Although I would not mind to travel more)

I joined Instagram only two years after it came out, a little late to the game, and with that, the way I take photos (and what I notice) has changed forever. Looking back, 2016 still feels like a really important year. A chapter lived mostly offline, shaping everything that came after.
I’m glad I lived it the way I did ❤️

Food should be pure, nourishing, and taken in moderation. (HYP 1.57/58)
🌱
This idea from the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, called mitāhāra, reminds me that eating is meant to support clarity, steadiness and presence.
But we all know that eating can be often emotional. I reach for food when I am stressed, tired, or overwhelmed, not always to truly nourish my body.

Once or twice a year I do a short juice cleanse to come back to that simple principle of just enough. For years I’ve chosen because their juices are cold-pressed, fresh and nutrient-rich, just fruit and veg, nothing artificial.
This time I chose mostly vegetable juices to keep sugar lower and feel grounded through the days.

For me a juice cleanse isn’t about weight loss. It’s a reset, a chance to simplify, gain awareness around my eating habits again and to feel light inside and out.

What I noticed during and after the juice cleanse:

• it feels good to give my digestive system a break
• my energy level is steady, even on busy teaching days
• easier to focus and concentrate
• fewer cravings and eat less reactive eating
• feeling of lightness and freshness in body and mind

If you want to try it:
Use my code ✨inanna.yoga✨ (valid until 31.01.26) to get a free dried food set (worth 30€) with your juice cleanse order and right now on top of that the 3-day cleanse is 20% off!

The world is sound. Everything that exists is vibration.

🌀
A little visual recap of my time in Rishikesh. In many ways, this return after 10 years felt like a full-circle moment. It was here that I started a new chapter of my life, when I left my job and travelled to India to become a yoga teacher. So many precious memories of my first teacher trainings are forever stored here, by the banks of Ma Ganga.

Of course, Rishikesh has changed a lot and so have I. I don’t feel like I’m at a turning point right now, but I deeply appreciate how I have shaped my life over the past decade and wish for nothing more than to continue on this path.

This time, I came to complete a 100-hour sound healing training. I learned so much about sound, frequencies, and especially how to work with singing bowls and other instruments for healing purposes. I brought home a beautiful set of singing bowls and I can’t wait to play them for you.

I teach a weekly Yin & Sound class, and from January onwards I will also offer 1:1 sound massages from my home, where the bowls are played directly on the -dressed- body. The vibrations help release muscular tension, while the sound gently soothes the nervous system.

If you’re curious to experience this special kind of relaxation or have any questions, feel free to send me a DM ✨

It’s been nearly a month that I got to be part of a pilgrimage in the holy city of Vrindhavan and I am still lacking the words to describe what I have experienced, what has shifted, how I have softened in these weeks that felt completely beyond time and space.

There is a verse from Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu (Chaitanya Charitamrita, Madhya 13.137) that says:

✨ mora mana — vṛndāvana ✨
My mind is already Vrindavan.

In this verse, mana refers not to the analytical mind, but to the inner heart-consciousness.
Śrī Caitanya expresses that his heart longs for Vrindavan, and that Vrindavan is a state of devotion, not merely a physical place. So another way to translate this is:

My heart lives in Vrindavan or
I carry the sacredness of Vrindavan with me even though I am no longer physically there.

The vivid memories of these days filled with pure devotion, the most magical Kirtans, visiting the temples and holy sights where Krishna and Radha Rani are forever enjoying their pastimes will stay with me forever.

I had been craving community this year so much and I have found it. Spending these weeks with over 60 pure souls that were nothing but kind has been the most nourishing experience and it feels like I am part of a big Bhakti family now.
Beyond grateful for this. 💕

And while I am settling back in my regular life and everything that comes with it, there is this strong feeling of bhava, the longing for the divine in the mundane. So I pick up my beads and chant the the sacred words that have been given to us to connect with it:

Hare Krishna
Hare Krishna
Krishna Krishna
Hare Hare
Hare Ram
Hare Ram
Ram Ram
Hare Hare

Each practice is just a few minutes short and open to all levels, you do not need any prior experience.

All you need to do to receive your daily practice is sign up through my ✨bio link✨ and register!

If you like share this with anyone you know who might benefit from a daily moment of calm.

Let’s spread some mindfulness and presence this December! ✨

I’m happy to share our retreat calendar for 2026: a new cycle of gatherings in places that invite rest, reflection, and renewal.🧡

We create these retreats as spaces to land, to breathe, to feel and to move. They’re born from our deep wish to initiate moments where practice meets stillness, where nature holds us, and where we have space to remember what truly sustains us.

We’ll share a big buquet of yogic practices, quiet mornings, nourishing food, the joy of being in community, hot sauna, cold dips and time to just be.

I would love to welcome you on one of these journeys. You find all infos in my bio link.🌿
