Escape to the mountains from 22-28 December 2024, for an immersive, hands-on journey into sustainable construction. This one-of-a-kind workshop will guide you through parametric building with h**p and bamboo—two materials paving the way for an eco-friendly future.
Nestled in the tranquil heart of Uttarakhand, you’ll work directly with master builders and experience an extraordinary blend of learning and sustainable living.
Guided by Bajaj, a bamboo builder and co-founder of India; Raj, a parametric designer and founder of Bakeit3D; and GAURAV DIXIT, a h**p builder and co-founder of Goh**p, you’ll gain essential skills and insights into sustainable design. With a combined experience of over 30 years, these industry leaders will introduce you to techniques for working with bamboo and h**p, as well as fundamentals of parametric design that will broaden your creative horizons in sustainable architecture.
Throughout the workshop, you’ll:
- Construct a parametric structure using bamboo and h**p with expert guidance.
- Practice hands-on skills for working with eco-friendly materials.
- Learn parametric design principles and sustainable building strategies.
- Enjoy local culture and cuisine in a serene Himalayan village, surrounded by a like-minded community.
