We provide personalised weight training, cardio endurance, Weight loss along with strength training. We do provide a personalized diet plan too. Even though these amenities are almost common across all the gyms , what actually makes us different is our team. Each of the trainers provided are certified professionals in this field and are the right balance of friendly and professional. We take proper care of hygiene and shall make sure that each equipment is thoroughly cleaned before and after each use.

All the equipments provided as you can see and confirm for yourself are from the best brands and are in top of their categories. Some even nowhere to be found in any other gym in Ranchi. Apart from that we do provide the feature of Sauna bath and spacious changing rooms for each gender with attached bathrooms and showers.
We aim for a cultured and family friendly gym and have made sure to match those standards.
