All about today πππ₯°π₯°π₯° UPK β€οΈ I had a good session today as I was doing my legs workout after a one month gap, it was biy harder to actually come back after a gap and started again by lifting 90 kg on squats with the help of smitth machine, then with 80 ,90 kg leg presses, then leg curl with 70kg then few steps of , walking lunges then some calves up's and down... that's it π₯΅π₯΅π₯΅π₯΅ but I love all these. Recharged now.. π
