Around the world, foam rollers are a very popular and widely used instrument for myofascial release.
It comes in several lengths and hardnesses.
Don't choose a foam roller that is too soft or too hard.

This roller's main function is to reduce the tension, and, by doing so, to relax the muscles and the fascia. This allows it to work efficiently.
Make sure not to apply too much pressure to areas that hurt a lot, since more pain will increase muscles' sensitivity and they will shorten.
There is no such thing as 'no pain, no gain here.

According to a different theory, it is best to hold on to the most tender area and move that particular muscle for greater results.
It's all up to you !!
Test out which theory fits your situation best.
It is beneficial to foam roll on a daily basis and before sessions to obtain maximum results.
And, yes personally, I would say that the benefits of Post Running Foam Rolling are countless.
