When we ACCEPT a situation as it is, & we create thoughts like "thik ho jayega, koi bat nahi".
Then we feel more in Control, CONFIDENT, Calmer & Powerful.

But when we reject a unwanted situation, we create thoughts like "why me, why this is happening to me, Kab sab thik hoga".
Then we feel Powerlees, Helpless, we feel Sad or Depressed, and we create Anxiety.

So do you feel like, that "YOU HAVE a CHOICE"?
