रायपुर गणेश उत्सव के कला इतिहास में श्री बाल गोपाल गणेश उत्सव समिति सेक्टर 1 देवेंद्र नगर रायपुर के श्रीप्रकाश पिद्वा्वानी जी का सहयोग अनुकरणीय एवं सराहनीय रहा है आपने इस गणेश उत्सव समिति के माध्यम से छत्तीसगढ़ ही नहीं अपितु भारत के मंदिरों में बाहरी आवरण में स्थापित गणेश की दुर्लभ प्रतिमाओं के क्षेत्र एकत्र किए और अपनी नई वैज्ञानिक सोच के माध्यम से उन दुर्लभ चित्रों को रायपुर के कला शिल्पकार ओ के माध्यम से अभिव्यक्त किया इन दुर्लभ शिल्प रचनाओं को मूर्त रूप में परिवर्तित करने में श्री माधव 1 घंटे बाद श्री मोहन लाल यादव श्री शशि यादव परसराम भारद्वाज मुकुंद लाल यादव आदि अनेक कलाकारों ने आपकी इन दुर्लभ गणेश प्रतिमाओं को मूर्त रूप दिया और आपने इसे अपनी समिति के माध्यम से प्रदर्शित किया आपकी इसी वैज्ञानिक सोच के कारण रायपुर के कलार आशिकों को नई दुर्लभ मूर्तियां जो भारतीय स्थापत्य में उल्लेखित हैं अपनी समिति में प्रदर्शित किया और महाकौशल कला परिषद और नगर की अन्य संस्थाओं से आप ने अनेकों बार प्रथम पुरस्कार प्राप्त किया आपको निरंतर इसी वैज्ञानिक सोच के कारण पुरस्कारों से नवाजा जाता रहा और हर वर्ष आपने एक नई दुर्लभ प्रतिमा के साथ अपनी समिति में एक नया अध्याय जोड़ा.
In the art history of Raipur Ganesh Utsav, the cooperation of Sri Bal Gopal Ganesh Utsav Samiti Shri Prakash Pidwani of Sector 1 Devendra Nagar Raipur has been exemplary and commendable. Through this Ganesh Utsav Samiti, you have established Ganesh not only in Chhattisgarh but in outer covering in temples of India. Collected areas of rare statues of India and through his new scientific thinking expressed those rare paintings through art craftsman of Raipur, Mr. Madhav 1 hour later in converting these rare crafts into tangible form Mr. Mohan Lal Yadav Shri Shashi Yadav Parasaram Bharadwaj Mukund Lal Yadav, etc. Many artists embodied these rare Ganesha idols of yours and you displayed it through your committee because of your scientific thinking, new rare sculptures mentioned in Indian architecture to the Kalar ushers of Raipur. Displayed in your committee and you received the first prize from Mahakaushal Kala Parishad and other institutions of the city, you have been awarded the awards due to this scientific thinking continuously and every other Year you added a new chapter to your committee with a new rare statue
