सप्तमीच्या दिवशी महाराज मौन सोडून बोलले. मामींना म्हणाले, आम्हांला फक्त एक कपभर चहा करून दे. या समोरच्या फडताळात एक लहानशी गादी घाल. एक तक्क्या ठेव. आंघोळ करून आम्ही तिथे बसणार आहोत. तू दार लावून घे. आमच्याशी कुणी बोलायचं नाही. आम्ही कोणाशीही बोलणार नाही. आणि तुम्ही कुणी दार उघडायचं नाही. कळलं ? ही आमची आज्ञा समजा. मामींनी चहा करून महाराजांना पाजला. मग पाणी तापवलं. महाराज न्हाणीत जाऊन दगडावर बसले.
मामा मामींनी महाराजांना चोळूनमाळून आंघोळ घातली.
त्या गुडघ्यापर्यंत पोचणाऱ्या हातांवरून मामींनी हात फिरवला. महाराजांच्या कोमल चरणांना स्वच्छ धुतलं.
मग त्यांनी महाराजांना त्यांनी दाखवलेला पायजमा आणि सदरा घातला. मामींनी परत एक कप चहा दिला. आणि महाराज आत प्रवेश करू लागले. ते आता आपल्या दृष्टीआड होणार या दु:खद जाणिवेने मामामामींना राहावलं नाही. महाराज काय म्हणतील याचा कसलाही विचार न करता त्यांनी महाराजांच्या चरणांवर मस्तक ठेवून त्यांना प्रणाम केला. महाराज गादीवर बसले.
मामींनी त्यांची मूर्ती डोळ्यांत साठवून घेतली आणि फडताळाचं दार बंद केलं. दार बंद झालं.
आता हे मामांच्या घरातलं फडताळ नव्हतं. ही होती केदारेश्वराची कुटी. त्रिजुगी नारायणाची मठी. वृद्धेश्वराचं गर्भागार. माउलीचं विश्रांतीस्थान. आणि आता सुरू झाली होती महाराजांची कैलास मानस यात्रा..

Eka Pada Rajakapotasana is an advanced level seated back bending asana, which is one of the effective poses for the hip opening poses. Eka Pada Rajakapotasana is an advanced level seated back bending asana, which is one of the effective poses for the hip opening poses. It is also helpful in improving the flexibility of the groin and pelvic region. Moreover, it works upon the twisting of the torso as well that further assist in the poses requires extreme flexibility.
The advancement of this posture makes it a challenging one but the objectives associated are of paramount importance. Eka Pada Rajakapotasana is a deep backbend pose. In the final pose the practitioner puffs up his chest and assumes the shape of a pigeon and hence the name.
It is a seated pose that increases flexibility.
It offers wide range of physical and spiritual benefits. It is one of the four pigeon poses.
It opens hips and bends the back.

Honoured to be invited to conduct Pranayam and Exercise session with the elderly at Tapas - Dementia Care Centre in Balewadi, Pune ,on occasion of “World Alzheimer’s day” , yesterday.
An eye opener and immensely inspiring experience. Many thanks to Dr. Amit Mungle Sir for introducing me to this amazingly organised place.
