LAT PULLDOWN – Do it right, grow it right.
• Sit tall, chest up, slight lean back (10–15°)
• Pull the bar to your upper chest, not behind the neck
• Drive your elbows down and back
• Squeeze your lats at the bottom for 1 second
• Control the weight on the way up — don’t let it snap
• Don’t swing or use momentum
• Keep shoulders down, avoid shrugging
Quality reps build width. Ego reps build nothing.
