"You Will Never Know Your Limits Until You Push Yourself To Them."

Trek to- Kamalgad Fort

It is necessary to add some outdoor activity to one's fitness schedule. It helps to check the endurance level and the strength built throughout the fitness sessions.
In the spirit of this, SciFitters hiked the beautiful Kamalgad fort last weekend. It was a very less explored fort. The trail through the dense trees and the breathtaking views of the Sahyadri mountain range from the top gave us a memorable experience.
A Saturday well spent with SciFit family.

If you to believe in the same then do share a picture of yours while doing any body weight hold..it might be a wall squat hold, plank hold, handstand or a simple yoga pose.

These exercises are old school and come naturally to me being a grandson of a wrestler 🤼‍♂️ ⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Baba ( my grandpa ) used to train me when I used to visit him during my summer holidays, so now you know why I can do these desi workouts with some ease. ⠀⠀
I used to hate him for making me do all these Talim exercises but now I know why he used to train my body and mind when I was 6-7 years old, that training and exercise habits help me now in my daily routines.⠀ ⠀
