Had the honor of meeting the Godfather of Indian Fitness Industry – Mr. Madhukar Talwalkar Sir. 93 years young, still the fittest and sharpest man I’ve ever met! 💪🏻
His words to me – ‘Very handsome boy… promise me you’ll stay this way and keep working out till your 90s’ – will stay with me for life. ❤️
