I joined Iron sanctuary gym in February 2023 and have been training with coach Dnyaneshwar.
He provided me with very good diet plans, exercise schedule and always motivating me to do my best. The exercise plans have been a fun combination of strength training, functional training and cardio and never boring.
Within a month, my stamina has improved a lot, my strength has also increased, and i have also lost inches. This keeps me energized and motivated to exercising daily. This is just the start of my fitness journey, looking forward to more. 💪💪💯🎯
