I am proud to share this incredible 20kgs transformation journey of my dear client Medha.
This is not overnight. Weight loss is a game of consistency.
Consistent with eating well, and the right kid of food.
Consistently working out, making each day count.
Consistently making lifestyle changes, even if it get a bit tough.
Consistently staying in touch with the coach and being part of a community.
Consistently using good nutrition and avoiding temptations.
All you need is to be consistent.
Medha does not spend time in thinking, she follows instructions. She asks questions and seeks to always have more knowledge to get better.
Sheโs dedicated and knows that even if she feels off on some days, thereโs always a way to get back, reach out to me and we are in this together.
For me, itโs a wonderful transformation that I am getting to witness, thereโs a strong bond between us, which is more than just a trainer and trainee.
This is happiness ๐
