Completed 15 Years in the Fitness Industry today. One and a half decade. If at all i knew at that time that I'd be Fitness Entrepreneur + a Personal Trainer, i would've maybe been at a different level today. "Gym management" or Owning one was never on my radar. I had zero aspirations towards it. I just wanted to be better at what I do. It is to coach people and unlock something in them which they never thought they have.
Even before starting my own venture i had the opportunity to work in really good gyms and also a brief time with K11 (my Alma Mater)
Every single facility got me connected with brilliant people. Be it the gym owners, members, clients or staff.
Circling back to gym ownership, if i would've worked for a bit in the management department of any of these facilities, i mightve become a better entrepreneur because getting a hands on experience in a well functioning business is a privilege one would ask for. I was offered a position of a Club Manager in many gyms but i declined every single one of them because i very well knew that if i take this job, my clients would suffer. As a hard-core coach, i wouldn't want that to happen.
Fast forward to today, i am blessed to have a wonderful team who makes me forget that i have a gym to run and concentrate on my clients. Building them up was the hardest part of my life and I'm not yet finished. If i aspire to ascend, I'm taking all of them with me.
Let's see how far we go, and as i always say, I'm just warming up!

Watching them from an AC gym made me realize how lucky we are and yet we tend to crib so much. All our complaints regarding lifestyle/routine are sidelined when we see such unsung heros work to build homes for us.

My hunger for knowledge in my domain is unending. Having said that, a gigantic shout-out to for arranging the Supplemention course. Definitely a need of the hour for fellow Nutritionist and Coaches. I'm someone who scans YouTube a lot for latest advancements pertaining to my topic of interest but this course has left me spellbound about the information it is providing and I'm not even half way there. Haven't seen such elaborate literature even on any forums or in any libraries.

Great job by in his meticulous teaching and can't thank and the K11 team for promptly arranging the lectures as per the student's convenience.

eagerly awaiting for the Holy Bible of Nutrition to arrive. It will be kept at side by side with the top authors of Nutrition which recommended.

First time in 35 years I got something which i deeply desired for..
I vaguely remember the day when i randomly mentioned how i am unable to find this watch anywhere as it was my first watch ever bought by my own money back on 2011. This one will definitely be a collectible! Can't thank enough for remembering. Thank you and .fueled.machine for chipping in!
Without you guys, this would've just been a memory..
And of course, the hand written note will framed! 🫡
Btw, i also deeply desire for a Porsche 😉

Quite rare that my "Tithini Birthday" and my mentor's birthday landed on the same date. This photo was taken on eve of 13th of January 2019 when Ethos was born and the man sitting besides me helped me frame and shape this concept quite well which some of you know.

Several weeks before this date, i remember me Kaizzad sir and Mayur sir went to a restaurant for dinner after the most sought after K11 Master Trainers Course lecture. You guys won't believe but we were sitting in the restaurant from 1030 pm till 3am (yes the restaurant was kept open for us because the man was in the house)
Even while devouring his food he kept on articulating his valuable inputs and suggestions about how should i go about the concept of a Personal Training Studio. The passion and conviction he had when he was detailing me about it was something which i hadn't experienced or maybe, will never experience again. The best part? His energy levels never plummeted!

I've always tried and helped K11 students in making careers or building gyms and PTS but I'm nowhere close to this guy. Dedicating so much of your valuable time to someone and putting faith in them is something which i don't know if I'll ever learn. It's a noble as well as a thankless job.

Being awarded with the "Kaizzad Capadia Legacy Award" and a torch bearer of my company, learning a thing or two about Entrepreneurship, Human Nutrition and Exercise Sciences is a mammoth of task and every single time I realize this, i know that my mentor has been through it and successfully built his legacy around it.
