My Journey from being FAT-to-FIT.

The desire to be in great shape and health has always been my dream and made me look for various ways to lose weight, be it GM diet, Kito diet, mindless -running with heavy body which only created more problems. I definitely got weight loss results but which was temporary. I literally starved to which i always called it as dieting. Starvation made me face hair loss, pigmentation issues. But my weight always stood rock solid. Inspite of doing all the R&D's there was no drastic change in my weight. The way my life progressed (marriage-baby-office) i started putting on more weight. I started suffering from insomnia, PCOD problem. I came across one of my friend who had drastically lost her weight and at the same time she was looking healthy and active. I wanted to know her secret and there she introduced me to FitnessGoals-Pune. And i agreed that without experts advice you cannot have great achievements. FitnessGoals-Pune gave me a customized diet plan as per my schedule and exercise routine. I just had to blindly follow to what they recommended to me which gave me fantastic results and i lost 13kgs of my weight (from 63kg to 50kg). It makes me feel fantastic, energetic and active. There is no other feeling greater than this.

This only got me further motivated to achieve fitness after weight loss. FitnessGoals-Pune also conduct weight training batches which helped me look more fit.

It makes me extremely happy for getting so many complements from friend and family about my looks. And also its hard to believe for many that i am mother of 8 year old daughter.

When she started her health issues had already taken a toll on her. She suffered from depression, anxiety, hyper tension, insomnia, blood pressure and of-course her obesity. I felt extremely bad when i saw my mother taking hand-full of medicines after her meals which just gave her temporary relief but never improved her health. It took her sometime to understand 'precautions are better than cure'. and its high time she does something to improve her health. Her journey started with making small changes in her lifestyle which FitnessGoals-Pune advised her like..clean eating habits, 30 mins of walk and drinking plenty of water. She experienced a major difference within a week and there after she took this as a challenge and went on to lose a total of 20kgs within 5 months.

Not only she lost her excess weight, but also she gained tremendous amount of fitness. Recently she completed 5km marathon in just 33mins. She also completed a trekk to Sinhagad Fort. She is feeling energetic and I am glad she gained her health back. Thanks to FitnessGoals-Pune

Meet Mrs. Kim Singh, she is a homemaker and a mother. Like any other married women she started gaining weight after her pregnancy. Naturally with the access weight comes in a lot of problems- Kim started feeling extremely low in energy and couldn’t even manage to spend some quality time with her daughter. I remember the first time we met, she was a bit apprehensive and at the same time she wanted to lose her access weight. I could totally understand her apprehension as she had tried all the possible ways to lose weight but couldn’t. After a long discussion I was able to convince her how she can lose her weight in a completely healthy manner by simply adopting simple lifestyle changes on daily basis. Thereafter she began her weight loss journey and till today she has managed to lose 10kg. I must mention here kim has never deviated from her program and exactly followed what was recommended to her. Our story is no different than any other married couple. However, I would still take this opportunity to share our experience. It all started when we both realized that we need to do something about our weight. Sedentary and hectic lifestyle had left us no time to even think about a life beyond our work and plus having a kid made things very difficult. My husband was suffering from high cholesterol issues at the age of just 28. And I had already started experiencing anxiety problems, mood swings, insomnia and also PCOD.

The thought which was always at the back of our mind has now become a priority. The first and the foremost thing was to lose weight. No extreme change can be made without an expert guidance…our coach gave us a customized meal plan which was so easy to follow in our every days life. Our coach also helped us to adapt to a certain exercise routine. Just by adopting these simple changes in our lifestyle I managed to lose 13 kg and my husband lost 16 kg. Losing weight has definitely made a great deal to us. Not only we have got rid of all our problems but we are now leading an extremely active lifestyle. We are getting so many compliments from our friends and family which is making us feel and look young. Such a positive difference in us has only motivated us to achieve our highest fitness level. We both recently completed a 10k marathon.
