K1 Planet Martial Arts & Fitness We spread knowledge of mental & physical fitness & health. We teach Karate, Kickboxing & Thaiboxing to the students without any age barrier.

Also, we have been taking Fitness Classes for men & women since 5 years which include flexibility, strength & Balancing techniques. Our coach is a 2nd Indoor Asian Games Medalist in Kickboxing Game & is now International Kickboxing Coach & Technical Director of Maharashtra Thaiboxing Association & has spend more than 25 yrs in this field. Our Lady Fitness Trainer has been involved in this field for more than 5 yrs. Students gain strength, speed & techniques effectively.

Even though there is social distancing during this pandemic & lockdown, I as a fitness trainer is giving a golden opportunity for everyone to keep yourself fit & healthy because we have such a wonderful technology, through which we can virtually meet & practice together as if we are working out in a class.

Perfect exercise, makes one perfectly fit. So we must utilize the application provided to us & join Online Fitness Class at K1 Planet Martial Arts & Fitness.

Evening Batch: Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays.
Time: 6:30pm-7:30pm.

Morning Batch: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays.

Good News for everybody.

We are planning to start an Online Karate Class from 15th June 2020 ( Monday). It would be a paid class like our normal class. 12 classes each month worth Rs.700 like regular class. Class would be on every Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. Timing: 6:45pm-7:45pm.
