Training Krav Maga means learning to deal with multiple threats from Class 1. ⁣
Here are some students from the Beginner batch doing bag work simulating a multiple attacker scenario. The goal was to survive for a minute of hitting the pads continuously and not run away. This is a test of stamina, explosiveness and striking technique.⁣
⁣
A minute may sound like a short amount of time but considering this was the end of a long 2 hour class, the students performed quite admirably. ⁣
