* इस पोस्ट में हम सुरक्षा के उपाय सीखेंगे, जबकि एक हार्नेस पहनेगी *
1. सुनिश्चित करें कि बेल्ट या लूप में कोई ट्विस्ट नहीं हैं।
2. अपने आप को हर पाश में एक पैर के साथ हार्नेस मैं कदम रखें, सुनिश्चित करें कि कमर पाश अभी भी आपके कमर है।
3. हार्नेस को ऊपर खींचो ताकि यह आपके कमर के ऊपर बैठे। कमर बेल्ट आपके कूल्हों पर या उसके ऊपर होनी चाहिए। यदि यह सुपर तंग है, तो आपको पट्टियों को थोड़ा ढीला करना पड़ सकता है।
4. एक बार यह आपके शरीर पर फिट हो जाए कि यह कैसा होना चाहिए, पट्टियों को खींचकर कमर के छोरों को कस लें। आपको यह भी सुनिश्चित करने की आवश्यकता है कि पट्टियाँ डबल बैक की गई हैं।
5. यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए जांचें कि हार्नेस पर्याप्त तंग है लेकिन असुविधाजनक नहीं है।

*In this post we will learn the safety measures to undertake while wearing a harness*
1. Ensure that there are no twists in the belt or loops.
2. Step yourself into the harness with one foot in each loop, make sure the waist loop is still around you.
3. Pull up the harness so that it sits above your hips. The waist belt should be on or above your hips. If it's super tight, then you may have to loosen the straps a little.
4. Once it's fitted on your body how it should be, tighten the waist loops by pulling the straps. You also need to be sure that the straps have been double backed.
5. Check to ensure the harness is tight enough but not uncomfortable.
6. Tighten the leg loops the same as the waist. Again, make sure it is comfortable as if it's not tight enough the harness may not be safe.
7. Wiggle around in the harness, this will give you more of an idea of how comfortable it is. Sit down and jump around, you should be able to feel great, and the harness shouldn't be overly tight either.
