Your training session would typically start with warm-up, stretching, followed by boxing techniques and drills, various routines for controlled breathing, strength and conditioning, circuit training which would be split across all the days of the week and finally end with ab work and warm-down. Each session would vary in intensity and style, this will help in delivering better results and avoiding injury.

CUSTOMISED PROGRAMS TO CHOOSE FROM:-

GET FIT, WITHOUT GETTING HIT - Will include all boxing drills, techniques, speed and flexibility, circuit training, strength and conditioning excluding sparring. You will never get hit but you will hit heavy bags and punch mitts.

GET FIGHT READY WITH SPARRING - Our sparring routines are constructive and not destructive. Including sparring sessions in boxing training will help develop your fighting skills which comprises of distance control, footwork, timing, reflexes, aggression and adrenaline control etc. and help you develop your own style of boxing.

PRIVATE TRAINING SESSIONS - If you’re looking for boxing training in the comfort of your home or if our timings are not suitable for you then you can opt for private training sessions.
