While the lockdown was there, many of us did not follow exercise habit & thus our lifestyle became unhealthy, messy. Lockdown was not good for psychological health also. So many of us faced physical & psychological problems during we were locked in the homes. Gyms were closed and going out for jogging or walk was not possible too.
Now, the gyms are re-opened and restrictions are being lifted gradually, we must get back to our regular workout routine. Regular exercise can help us to overcome the problems we faced during lockdown.
You should to follow the hygiene and safety practices while doing exercise, indoor or outdoor and also get back to a healthy diet.
