In the Body Positive+ workshop we dive deep and untangle these stories using:
- reflection
- journaling
- ⁠movement 
- gratitude meditation and
- music to express our journeys & release any pent-up energy surrounding our body image.

The Workshop activites are co-facilitated by Pratiksha Srivastava and Simona Jadronova, who will lead us through the mindset changing metal and physical activities.
