STOP blaming your genetics.
If you’re training consistently and still not seeing muscle growth, chances are it’s one of these:
✅ Poor sleep quality
✅ No progressive overload
✅ Poor protein distribution
🚫 1. You’re not getting enough quality sleep.
Muscles don’t grow in the gym—they grow while you recover. Sleeping less than 6-7 hours consistently reduces recovery quality and limits muscle protein synthesis, even if your training and diet are on point.
🚫 2. You chase fatigue instead of progressive overload.
A crazy pump feels good, but muscles grow when you gradually challenge them with more weight, more reps, or better ex*****on over time. Sweat doesn’t equal growth—progress does.
🚫 3. You’re hitting your protein target… but not spreading it throughout the day.
Most people focus only on a post-workout shake. Muscle protein synthesis is stimulated multiple times across the day, so evenly distributing protein across meals is generally more effective than eating most of it in one sitting.
Muscle isn’t built by training harder. It’s built by recovering smarter.
