There can be only 2 reasons :
1 Your program is not right, not fundamentally correct.
- Your diet is not quantified in terms of calories and macros nutrition requirements
- it doesn't suit your metabolic and hormonal profile
- it doesn't suit your eating preferences and your work schedule
- it is most probably a quick fix and not a sustainable solution
- It doesn't include your favorite foods - It's too restrictive
- your exercise plan is not in sync to your goals

Solution : take a experience coach's advice or understand the mathematics of calories and macros and Nutrition, understand your unique needs
2๏ธโฃ Your follow through is poor.. means you have designed your program correctly but you fail in the ex*****on part.

Solution:
a) Get a strong reason.. understand your "WHY". It's simple but not easy. You are fighting your old habits.
b) Understand why you derail, is it your social circle or workplace colleagues, environment at home, your own habits.. whats stopping you
c) Get accountable to somebody/something... find a person (like your spouse, kids, best friend) to be accountable to... or may be hire one of our buddies (wellness coaches)
d) Be patient. It takes time. Don't look for a new diet on social media every other week
