Congratulations Indian Chess Queen Divya Deshmukh has become the Champion of FIDE Women’s World Cup 2025!
She is the youngest to win the Women’s World Cup at the age of 19!
Proud of you !

She has also become the 88th Grandmaster from India! 🇮🇳
The World Cup was held in Batumi,Georgia! In the Final match she won against the Indian GM Koneru Humpy. Incredible Performance!

Divya is also selected for the FIDE candidates tournament!

India’s superstar Grandmaster Arjun Erigaisi has crossed 2800 FIDE rating mark! He has become the second Indian player to achieve this incredible feat after former World Chess Champion Vishwanathan Anand.
In the 5th round of European Chess Club Cup 2024 tournament Arjun won against GM Dmitry Andreikin in a fighting game and he reached 2802.1 in live rating!

Tech Mahindra Global Chess League 2024 has kicked off today, on 3rd Oct 2024 in London.
