📱 Mobile Distraction in Kids – Handle with Wisdom, not Anger
Today’s children are glued to reels…Hours go by, but focus, patience, and study habits suffer.
When we suddenly stop mobiles, children react with anger, resistance, even skipping food.
Because it’s not just a habit… it’s dependence.
What should parents do?
DOs
Set clear screen-time rules (fixed timing)
Gradually reduce, don’t stop suddenly
Offer alternatives (sports, hobbies, family time)
Spend quality time with them (not just instructions)
Explain why limits are needed (not just “NO”)
DON’Ts
Don’t sn**ch the phone in anger
Don’t shout or threaten
Don’t use mobile as reward/punishment
Don’t ignore the problem until it becomes addiction
Don’t expect instant change
❤️ Remember:
Control creates resistance…Connection creates cooperation.
🌟 Guide them, don’t fight them.
