Spartans storms into the knockout stage after a huge 115 runs win against Vishal C.A. in Vivacious Day/Night Cup at VDR. Outstanding contribution with the bat by Pratik Lavalekar (82 runs of 55 balls) and Ketan Pasalkar (54 runs in 24 balls) in a match wining partnership of 96 runs in just 7.2 overs. Followed by cracking sound of the stumps dismantling for 9 times out of 10 wickets with express pace by MOM Purab Gajinkar (4-0-25-5) and Abhijeet Vaidya (4-0-26-5)

Historic day for Spartans Cricket Club Pune. On this auspicious day of diwali, team lifted their 1st winners trophy in the MPL tournament organised by Kodre Farms. After loosing the first 2 league matches in the tournament the team bounced back to win 7 straight matches to achieve this feast.
