Chitta explained using a Martial Arts analogy
Think of Chitta as your body’s deep training memory.
🥋 Example:
A punch is coming at you.
Manas (thinking mind):
“Is it left or right? Should I block?” → too slow
Buddhi (intellect):
Knows the correct technique → but still needs time
Chitta (deep impression):
Your body moves instantly—no thought, no decision.
That instant movement did not come from thinking.
It came from Chitta, formed by repeated practice, pain, failure, correction.
Why beginners freeze
Because their Chitta is empty of that experience.
They know techniques, but Chitta does not yet remember.
Why masters look effortless
Because techniques are no longer in the mind —
they are written into Chitta.
The hand moves before thought arises.
