Dear Friends and Fellow Basketball Enthusiasts,

We are reaching out to you with a heartfelt request to support the renovation of our Academy basketball court, the same court where many of us honed our skills and created lasting memories 20 - 30 years ago (Rajah's College Ground).

Today, this court serves as the foundation of Pudukkottai Basketball Academy (PBA), which we run as a service to nurture young talent and keep the spirit of basketball alive in our Pudukkottai. However, it is in urgent need of renovation to provide a safe and inspiring space for current and future players.

2. Plain cement concrete works Rs.3,50,000
3. Provision for Fiber Board with spring ring 2 nos Rs 1,20,000
4. Provision made for solar light with post 6 nos Rs 1,20,000
5. Provision for floor paint Synthetic and Labour cost Rs 60,000
6. Provision for Grill work and fencing Rs 3,00000

புதுக்கோட்டை கூடை பந்தாட்ட அகாடமியின் சார்பாக 2023 ஆம் ஆண்டுக்கான கோடைகால சிறப்பு பயிற்சி முகாம் ஏப்ரல் 25 முதல் மே மாதம் 26 வரை சிறப்பாக நடைபெற்றது இறுதி நாளில் சிறப்பு விருந்தினராக திருச்சி மண்டல சுங்க ஆணையர் திரு டி. அணில்., ஐ. ஆர்.எஸ்., அவர்கள் கலந்து கொண்டு மாணவர் செல்வங்களை பாராட்டினார்கள் மற்றும் கடந்த 13 ஆண்டு காலமாக புதுக்கோட்டை மாவட்டத்தில் குடைப்பந்தாட்ட விளையாட்டு வீரர்களை ஊக்குவிக்கும் விதமாக சிறப்பு பயிற்சி முகாம், கோடைகால பயிற்சி முகாம், மாவட்டம் மற்றும் மாநில அளவிலான குடைப்பந்தாட்ட போட்டிகளை சிறப்பாக அவ்வப்போது நடத்திக் கொண்டிருக்கும் அண்ணன் திரு இன்னாசியார் அவர்களை வாழ்த்தி மென்மேலும் சிறப்பாக செயல்படுமாறு அன்புடன் கேட்டுக் கொண்டார். மேலும் எங்களின் அழைப்பை ஏற்று இவ்விழாவினை சிறப்பித்து தந்த திரு வாஞ்சிநாதன் சார், முனைவர் ஜான் பார்த்திபன் சார், திரு சந்தான வேலு சார், பயிற்சியாளர்கள், பெற்றோர்கள் மற்றும் விளையாட்டு வீரர்கள் அனைவருக்கும் புதுக்கோட்டை கூடை பந்தாட்ட அகாடமியின் சார்பாக நன்றிகளை தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கின்றோம்.

The Modern Olympic Games.
On April 6th, the Olympic games, a long- last tradition of ancient Greece are reborn in Athens 1500 yrs after being banned by Roman Emperor Theodosius. The revival of modern Olympic was due to the great effort taken by a noble French man ' Baron Pierre de Coubertin '. He felt that International unity and brotherhood can be developed through competition in sports and games among the youths of the various countries at one place. He visited many countries and explained his ideas. His ideas were welcomed and that it was decided to conduct the First modern Olympics in Athens, Greece in the year 1896 in the ' Pan Athenoic' stadium.
Modern Olympics is also held once in 4 yrs. The duration of the games should not exceed 16 days. In 1912 women were first allowed to participate in the Olympic.
The whole world are ready to witness the glorious Tokyo Olympics from 23rd July running through on August 8th 2021
