I am now offering PADI freediving courses in Neil Island, Andaman 🙂

Level 1: In the first level of training you will, among other things, learn how to dive to a depth of minimum 10-16 meter on single breath, do rescue from 5 meter, do static breath hold for 1:30 minutes and a horizontal under water swim of 25 meter. When freediving you will always go with a buddy. You will learn what to look for when you are buddying for a freediver. This first level of the PADI freediver education will introduce you to the specialized freediving techniques and equipment.

Duration: 2 days.

Pre requisites: To enroll you need to be 15 years of age, need adequate swimming skills and be in good physical health.

😅 How long can you hold your breath for? Being able to hold your breath for long is important when freediving. The longest time breath held voluntary (male) is 24 min 3,45 seconds by the professional free diver Aleix Segura Vendrell, according to Guinness world records. That is impressive!
