Keep your back straight and chest up. Make sure your elbow is parallel with your back. Bring the weight up to contract and squeeze. I recommend you do a 1 sec pause at the top. Don't use momentum. Focus on your form. Beginners do 3 sets of 10 reps to start. Train Properly 💪
