ed me to go to different teachers and learnt advanced Assanas and different kinds of meditation. I have been teaching yoga in Pune from past 5 years to Corporate group, group of people in societies, government/Pre-schools and personal classes. Along with my Yoga practice I have done my certification in Pranic Healing – Level 1, Advanced Pranic Healing, Achieving Oneness with the Higher Soul and Arhatic Yoga. Yoga is not just repetition of few postures – it is more about the exploration and discovery of the subtle energies of life.
