‘Humans are creatures of habit’

Simple changes to your daily routine can create the biggest impacts long-term. This not just being fitness related, if you have a goal you want to achieve make it part of your daily routine.

Having a routine doesn’t mean you have to sit in the same workplace from 8am until 5pm, Monday to Friday. A routine could mean doing a different job every day, travelling to a different country or meeting new people. It’s not about what your routine consists of, but a sequence of actions that you follow regularly with expected outcomes.

To give you a personal perspective as we are currently travelling, no days or weeks are the same but we do our best to stay consistent with our actions such as waking up early every day, saving fancy dinners for the weekend and working out 5-6 times a week.
