Nowadays our market is flooded with so called healthy cookies. As we become more health conscious we easily getting trapped. So today we are sharing with you the reality of so called healthy digestive biscuits. We compared this biscuits with one of our street food i.e. Panipuri. And we found surprising comparisons.😱😱
Panipuris have half the calories of digestive biscuits and are also low in carbs and fats. And you can make panipuri more healthy by making it at home with wheat flour and use jaljeera instead of sugary water. Whereas digestive biscuits are made of maida which can be harmful if eaten for longer period. They are full of sugar, carbs and fat. To make it soft, yeast is used which is also unhealthy for us. These biscuits doesn't contains fiber. These brands claim to be healthy and best for weight management and we all get fooled 😰by their advertisement tactics. Panipuri is also unhealthy but as compared to digestive biscuits it is much better option. And if you are street food lover than try to make it at home.
