Arrived in the home of the soul.

The last days, I was immersed in the paradigms of what we search for throughout our earthly lives…

What was it like?

•Infinite possibilities.
•The dance between surrendering to the Divine and holding on with the mind.
•The simplicity that is so difficult for the mind.
•Embracing the truth.

The heart singing through tears
of feelings I don’t yet know how to name.

Flying high.
No questions asked.
Answers slowly dripping in.

Ram — the ultimate.

The last longings surfaced.

The test begins
The Guru Kris’s or “cleansing the pot” hee?

Every time I return to Rishikesh, I return to Her.

Kunjapuri Devi.
One of the Shakti Peethas — and the Devi from whom my spiritual name, Kunja Devi, comes.

Visiting Her has become my little tradition.

I climb the mountain, bow, sit for a while… and somehow She always shows me exactly where I am.

Sometimes gently.
Sometimes with a proper divine slap on the head.

No matter what story I arrive with, I usually leave with a little less of it.

Back to Her. Back to myself.

With divine presence of .ayurveda
Thank yoy Dharam for guiding us in a beautiful Pistaccio meditation 🌰

Veil after veil.

Aarti.
An ordinary, daily sacred routine.

The whole family gathers.
The children sing at full voice, with a devotion that somehow doesn’t seem to come from “I should” or “I have to.”
They are simply there.

And I watch my own mind.

I know this chant.
Let me sing it well.
Oh, I can feel something.
There it is — bliss.

And almost immediately, the mind wants to name it, own it, make something out of it.

Can I simply be in the experience?
And then go even beyond the experience —
and witness?

Every day here is another lesson in how subtle the mind can be.

Not only in distraction.
Also in spirituality.
Also in devotion.
Also in the desire to experience something profound.

Veil after veil,
I begin to see Māyā in places where I thought I was already seeing clearly.

Maybe the practice is not to have a spiritual experience.
Maybe it is to stop needing to make anything out of it.

And you?
What veil of your own mind are you seeing through lately?

To experience
before naming.

A Ganga before “divine”
A person before “like or dislike”
A feeling before “good or bad”
A moment before “turning it into a story”.

Just seeing.
Just feeling.
Just experiencing.

There is a tiny space
before the mind names everything.

I want to live there a little longer.

Vismayo yogabhūmikāḥ

Amazement is part of the path of yoga.

Vismaya is the kind of amazement that takes your whole attention.

Not because something spectacular happened.
Because suddenly, you actually notice.

Your breath.
The quiet movement inside your body.
The light falling through the trees.

The more awareness you bring, the more ordinary life starts to feel less ordinary.

We keep looking for awe somewhere far away.
In a big journey.
A beautiful retreat.
Rice fields in Bali.
Some extraordinary experience.

And then you look into your cat’s eyes and think:
how is this even real?

Yoga is also this.

Not searching for more and more.

But becoming available to what is already here.

Welcome to the Sacred Sanctuary.

A space to come back to your breath.
To unlearn — and experience.
To stop performing — and simply be.

I don’t believe yoga is an escape from life.
I believe it is a way to meet it fully.

Vismaya Yoga Bhūmikāḥ.

Practice with me — online, in Poland and in India.

DIARY OF A MODERN PRIESTESS.

We often see yoga as Looking inward.
A desperate moment of quiet for the mind.

For me, it is also in the ordinary.
It’s how I wake up.
What I consume physically & mentally.

What I give my attention to.

How I move through the day.

Yoga is how I live life. Being in love with life.

Vismayo Yoga Bhūmikāḥ.

Come along with me and experience self through yoga journey. 🙏🪷
