Sushant was not just another bollywood actor, but was an inspiration for many. He hailed from Bihar and he was a man who never feared dreaming big! Words will never be enough to express what we have lost.
But it is very much true that many are still suffering from the same unbearable pain. I know this society gets judgemental whenever we share of us being mentally ill.
I request everyone to do this following task.
“Place your hand over your heart, can you feel it? That is called purpose. You’re alive for a reason so don’t ever give up.”
Find a few of those close friends who are willing to help you in everything.
Many depressed people are struggling because they're unhappy with their life and work and cannot find a specific life purpose.
But, in reality, you don’t need a purpose or reason for being alive. However, if you are alive, you still have the opportunity to do whatever you want in life. Although you may not have awakened to a specific life mission yet, while your heart is still beating you have time to explore what your life purpose could be and find happiness.
