Using the 60% if your max reps calculate your own numbers.
In the first month it may be hard to compete all the rounds but thats normal. Give yourself some time for your body to adapt. Sleep welll. Eat quality food. Don’t be afraid to eat carbs. As long as they are coming from quality foods its okay! You will need them for good recovery and energy.
With this workout you can progress unlimited! You can get very jacked but you need to be consistent with your diet sleep and training.
If you want to add more exercises for abs / calves or even a separate arm focused session feel free to do it. However if you are a complete beginner id suggest you to keep it simple for now.
