Step Count for Fat loss?

Hello everyone, Swapnil your friend and fitness coach here. The new year has started many of you must begin your journey for fat loss. You must have heard alot of completing so and so steps for fat loss or weight. But ever thought what's reason behind that?

Know your Diwali Sweets!
Diwali is just around the corner and we all flood our house with sweets and snacks either homemade or bought or as gifts from friends/family. Hold on! Before you much on that bite of your favourite sweet, do you know how much calories it contains? Here are few of the most famous Diwali sweets and their calories. Note, the calories mentioned are approximate values and can vary from brand to brand. Make sure you smartly include the food you like by taking care of calories. I have added a line which we hear most of the time from closed one. Drop in the comment section which you hear the most.

Client Food Dairy!

Almond flour pancakes recipe

Ingredients:
Almond flour 1 cup (75gms)
Maida/ whole wheat atta 1 spoon (10 gms)
Baking powder 1 tspoon (10 gms)
Olive oil / coconut oil 1 spoon (5 gms)
Maple syrup / honey / powdered sugar as per taste
Milk to make batter as required for dosa consistency (depends on personal choice)
(Fruits: grapes, strawberries)

1. Rest for 5 min after mixing
2. And make small dosa like pancakes
