It is with profound sadness that we mourn the passing of Shri Raja Randhir Singh Ji Saheb, a towering personality and one of the most respected administrators in the world of sports. Father of our Bowls Asia President Sunaina Kumari.

Raja Saheb Ji made extraordinary contributions to Indian, Asian, and International sports through his visionary leadership, unwavering dedication, and exemplary administrative acumen. Throughout his illustrious journey, he worked tirelessly for the promotion and development of sports, earning immense respect and admiration across the global sporting fraternity.

His guidance, wisdom, and commitment played a pivotal role in strengthening sports institutions and creating opportunities for generations of athletes and officials. Beyond being an exceptional administrator, he was a mentor, statesman, and a constant source of inspiration for the entire sporting community.

His demise is an irreparable loss to the world of sports. However, his remarkable legacy, values, and lifelong contributions will continue to inspire generations to come.

He will always remain in our hearts and memories forever.

Proud to share the review & handover visit of the newly constructed Green Grass Lawn Bowls Ground in Odisha.

A big thank you to the Odisha State Bowling Association, with special appreciation to Mr. Sumit Purohit โ€“ Secretary General, Govt of Odisha, Govt Officials and to all the stakeholders who supported this project.

On 14th November 2025, ADM Balangir Dr. Bijayananda Sethy, DSO Mr. Parasara Bag, and the Office Bearers of the Odisha State Bowling Association felicitated Mr. Vishwanath Pai โ€“ Chairman, Green Development Committee, for his special visit to Balangir for the inspection of the Lawn Bowling Green.
