Grateful for the Giant Welfare Foundation- Federation 10 for bestowing the prestigious award for my work in sports for persons with Intellectual Disabilities in the presence of Shri Laximikant Parsekar former Chief Minister of Goa state.

Retd. Air Marshal Denzil Keelor was not only a distinguished officer in the Indian Air Force but also a passionate advocate for the Special Olympics Bharat. His passing is a profound loss to all who knew him and were inspired by his leadership. During my time with Special Olympics Bharat, Retd. Air Marshal Keelor stood as a pillar of strength and guidance. His dedication, vision, and unwavering support for the athletes and volunteers created a nurturing environment where we could all thrive. He was more than a mentor; he was a beacon of inspiration to us all and his lessons will resonate with me forever.
While I deeply mourn his passing, I take comfort in the enduring legacy he leaves behind. Retd. Air Marshal Keelor's impact on our lives and his contributions to the cause will always be remembered and cherished. His spirit will continue to inspire us to strive for excellence and to uphold the values he so passionately championed.
