Basilios 7 Health Club / GYM

Basilios 7 Health Club / GYM Basilios Gym was started on 31st March 2002 and it was then moved to a bigger premises on the 7th of September 2007 and is now the Biggest Gym in Goa.

The gym is fully ownned by Mr. Aldrin Basilio Soares, who is into Fitness for the last 26 yrs. Since 1982 Mr. Aldrin Basilio Soares trained martial arts in Shotokan (Karate) under Sensai Kishan at Don Bosco High School, Panjim, Goa. Then Later he moved to Taekwondo in 1991, and trained under Sensai Oscar Luis from Vasco da Gama and the classes were held in Panjim too. Aldrin started lifting weight

s in 1985, under the guidance of Mr. Premanand Naik at indoor stadium, Campal, Panjim, Goa. His father was Goa's Best known Goal keeper during his hay days, and sports runs in their blood, so Aldrin and his father decided to give the people of Panjim some more years to live by keeping them fit at his health club / GYM.
