Ziddi Runner hi kyun?
Kyuki zidd thi… chalne ki, bhaagne ki, girke bhi uthne ki. 😎
Fitness mere genes mein nahi tha — mere ghar mein toh log remote dhoondhne se hi calories burn kar lete hain. 🤷♀️
Shuru kiya walking se… phir socha, “Running? Arre easy lagta hai, karte hain!”
Naye runner ka josh high tha.
Result? Injury ka annual membership le liya. 😅
Pehle kuch saal ka equation tha:
Run → Injury → Rest → Repeat.
Phir decide kiya:
Ya toh main run karne ka tareeka dhoond lu .. ya injury mujhe dhoond hi legi
Aur obviously, zidd jeet gayi. 💁♀️🔥
Injuries ko jugaad aur smart training se kam kiya, run karne ki zidd thi and karke dikhana tha
tez toh abhi bhi nahin run karti but lambi race ka ghoda suna hai na?
