A fitness trainer is always responsible for the health and well being of his/her clients. Be it in gyms or during personal training sessions. But the environment of fitness training is such, that there is always a risk of injury. Therefore, keeping this mind FIT INDIA programme by Prayatna and SEED in collaboration with HCL Foundation is providing First Aid and CPR sessions to our students. These sessions will aid our students to become the best of the best fitness trainers.

The FIT INDIA project launched by Prayatna, in hand with HCL Foundation and SEED follows the vision of our Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s, Fit India and Atmanirbhar Bharat. 200 youths will be provided fitness training and employability skills for 3 months and certified by SEED and NIIT. Apart from the fitness knowledge, the students are being given classes on basic English, financial literacy, personality development and basic IT. The added bonuses of the course include internships, guest lectures and placement assistance. Batch 1 is running in full force with almost 30 students enrolled in Sector 51, Noida, City Fitness Gym.
