We are hiring for Partnership Development & Operations Manager.
We at Smashtress, looking for sports enthusiasts who are willing to work in a sporty and friendly environment. Interested candidates should be passionate about sports, should have a good and proper hold over the language of English and be confident of establishing a good working relationship with existing and new clients. 0-1 year of experience and should be based out of Delhi NCR.
We are looking for candidates for the Noida location.
Salary: Rs. 18000/- to 25000/- per month + Incentives* + Profit Percentage Share*. (Candidates please check this before applying)

Job Description and Specification:
*Planning and management of our sports leagues & events in Delhi NCR.
*Finding Sponsors and partners for our ongoing sports leagues.
*Should manage new leads and tie-ups related to our sports academies.
*Frequently visiting our sports academy centres.
*Managing social media handles of the company.
*Should have decent communication skills.
*Manage all the administrative work in the office.
*Should have great interest in sports.
*Normal working hours except on weekends.
