We are conducting Muay Thai and Muay Boran training at the camp scheduled for November 17, 18, and 19. Alongside these sessions, *we are also offering classes in these four important topics:*

*1- Sports physiology:* The study of how the body's functions and systems adapt and respond to physical exercise and training.
*2- Nutrition:* The science of nourishing the body through proper food intake to optimize performance, health, and recovery.
*3- Anti-Doping:* The measures and regulations in place to prevent the use of banned substances and methods in sports to ensure fair competition and athlete health.
*4- Legal Aspects of Muay Thai:* Examination of the rules, regulations, and legal considerations surrounding the practice and promotion of Muay Thai as a combat sport.
