A road accident, a cardiac arrest, a fire, a natural disaster, or even a cyber attack can occur when we least expect it. The difference between panic and action often comes down to one thing—awareness and preparedness.

We are proud to share that Erol Exports Pvt. Ltd. successfully hosted a 16-Hour Training & Awareness Program under JTF SHIELD – National Safety Mission, an initiative of the Jatin Tyagi Foundation under the leadership of Mr. Jatin Tyagi.

The program was designed to equip participants with practical knowledge and life-saving skills that can help protect themselves, their families, colleagues, and communities.

During the training, we covered:

🩺 First Aid & Emergency Response
❤️ CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)
🚦 Road Safety & Accident Prevention
🌪️ Disaster Management & Preparedness
🔐 Cyber Safety & Digital Security Awareness
⚠️ Personal Safety & Risk Management

What made this program special was the active participation, practical demonstrations, real-life discussions, and the shared commitment to creating a culture where safety becomes everyone's responsibility—not just a policy.

Every time sports safety is discussed, I hear:
“Budget nahi hai.”
“Next season dekh lenge.”

Let’s be clear.

Safety is not an expense. It is a responsibility.

Basic safety doesn’t require luxury infrastructure.

It requires:
• A CPR-trained adult on ground
• A clear emergency action plan
• Basic medical readiness
• Accountability

These are not extras.
They are minimum standards.

What’s truly expensive?
• A preventable tragedy
• A child’s life lost
• Lifelong trauma
• Broken trust

If an institution trains children, charges fees, and represents athletes —accountability is non-negotiable.

Safe athletes perform better.
Parents trust more.
Systems grow stronger.

Through the Jatin Tyagi Foundation, I stand for Athlete-First systems and youth safety as a basic right.

What Parents Are Never Told Before Joining Sports Academies by Jatin Tyagi

Every year, parents enroll their children into sports academies with trust, hope, and dreams.

They’re shown:
• Facilities
• Coaches
• Trophies & success stories

But some critical truths are rarely discussed.

1️⃣ Safety Is Assumed, Not Explained
Most academies never clarify:
– Who handles medical emergencies
– Whether CPR-trained staff are present
– If any emergency protocol exists

2️⃣ Selection Isn’t Always Purely Merit-Based
Criteria are often unclear.
Decisions change.
Consistency doesn’t always mean selection.

3️⃣ Injuries Are Often Minimized
Children are pushed to:
– Play through pain
– Ignore fatigue
– Prioritize results over recovery
Long-term health quietly pays the price.

4️⃣ Mental Pressure Starts Early
Fear-based coaching, public humiliation, anxiety, burnout —
parents are rarely warned.

5️⃣ Exit Policies Are Missing
What if the environment feels unsafe?
What if promises don’t match reality?
Clear answers are often absent.

What Parents MUST Ask
✔️ Who is responsible in a medical emergency?
✔️ Is anyone CPR-trained on ground?
✔️ How are injuries managed?
✔️ How are selections decided?
✔️ Who do parents approach if something goes wrong?

Silence is not an answer. Avoidance is a red flag.

✅ Youth safety & preparedness
✅ Transparency for parents
✅ Accountability in sports education

This is not anti-academy.
This is pro-child.
Informed parents create safer systems.
