It was way back ,may be 1966/67 when as a boy of 13 i sat at the edge of a cliff in my boarding ,sainik school trivandrum overlooking the Arabian sea waiting for the pencil rokcets to be launched from Thumba rocket launching station .
Those were the early days of india"s space adventure .We would watch in excitment as the rockets would go up leaving a plume of smoke and in seconds would go down in the sea..That was then ..a journey of few seconds .
A look , what the scientists ha achieved now ..

The Earth Day has come and gone and every one is back to the usual...
Sharing my small contribution to mother planet...Took me 12 years to finally get the fruit .. the jack fruit......i shared it with neighbours .I too have the tallest grapvine and share grapes with birds .These red चम्पा is at my छोटी सी दुनिया a token of love from my heart.

Celebrate earth day ...
