EMS at The Pilates Studio ⚡️

Think of EMS as a workout where your muscles get a little extra help to work harder.

You wear a special EMS suit, and while you do simple exercises like squats, lunges and core movements, the suit sends small electrical pulses to your muscles.

Sounds scary? It isn’t. 😅

You’re always in control, and your trainer adjusts the intensity according to what feels comfortable for you.

The idea is simple: your muscles are working while you exercise, and the EMS stimulation adds another layer to the workout.
