Lean Teen Routine

Lean Teen Routine Lean Teen Routine is all about fitness for teens and pre-teens who are looking to maintain a healthy weight and an active lifestyle.

This is an initiative by Gautam Malhotra, who is an internationally certified Nutritionist and Advanced Fitness Trainer. He has worked and trained with top athletes and coaches in the fields of golf, cricket and hockey and has helped thousands of people become fitter and healthier, over the years. A graduate from the Indian School of Busines (ISB), he left his corporate career to follow his fitnes

s passion. However, he was not always a fitness buff. On the contrary, as a child and teen, he had acute asthma and was averse to any exercise as he could not find appropriate options or the correct guidance. Therefore, through this group he aims to build a community to share the best information, tips and guidance on fitness for teens and kids so that they can achieve their physical and mental potential, as a fit body leads to a sharp mind.

To add to this, children don’t even have the cognitive abilities to really understand how to cope with these conditions. This is where we, as adults and parents, have to help our children reduce the health complications arising out of the current dangers we live in by practicing and advocating measures such as eating healthy, sleeping well and exercising.

Follow these simple tips to help your child keep their lungs healthy.
