We are talking here about Weight Training or Resistance Training. Its completely wrong that lifting weights makes women massive muscular.💪 As far as developement of muscles are concerned it depends on some of the factors given below:
👉 Amount of Testosterone in the body
👉Amount of Protein, Carbohydrates & Fats intake
👉Use of Anabolic Steroids / Peptides / HGH and other Hormones

So, guys first factor responsible for muscle growth is testosterone production. It's clear that no woman can make muscles grow massive without enough amount of testosterone production in the body naturally or induced from outside, Even if she takes the macronutrients in proper amount and do weights.
